With over 36 years of experience alone, Mr. Cooper, Master Instructor, holds multiple certifications as Master Mover and Bit Inspector. Mr. Cooper oversees all CDL Instruction, Theories and Curriculums for California School of Trucking LLC CDL Class A|B Programs.
